Ultimately, based on the vote tally, the first-term members of the Trade Union Committee, Financial Review Committee, and Women's Committee were successfully elected. Comrade Ma Shuangshuang, the newly elected Trade Union Chairperson, delivered her inaugural address at the assembly. She emphasized commitments to: grounding efforts in workplace responsibilities, participating in democratic management, enhancing political literacy, studying and promoting the Trade Union Law, fostering care for employees, and embracing dedication. Her sincere address, pledging full commitment to advancing shared growth between employees and the company, earned sustained applause from delegates and heightened anticipation for the union's work.

Company Chairman and General Manager Zhou Pingfa delivered a significant speech at the assembly. He began by extending warm congratulations on the union's formal establishment, emphasizing that the union serves as a vital bridge between the company and its employees. Third, serve as the “vanguard” to energize corporate development. Focus on enhancing employee capabilities by organizing skill-building activities to cultivate a high-caliber workforce. Enrich cultural life through recreational and sports events to foster a positive atmosphere. On one hand, safeguard employees' lawful rights and interests while addressing their career development and life needs; on the other, actively guide employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's innovative development in the printing machinery industry. He further stated that the company will fully support the union's work, providing necessary resources and safeguards for its activities. Together, we will foster a positive environment where “the company cares for its employees, and employees cherish the company.” All employees are encouraged to seize this opportunity presented by the union's establishment to build consensus and advance together.

The final agenda item of the assembly was organizing all employee representatives to study the company's rules and regulations.
