During the printing process, uneven ink depth and post ink unevenness are often encountered, which are mainly caused by:;

(1) The pressure of the ink knife is uneven, with varying degrees of intensity, resulting in varying shades of ink. Therefore, stable scraping during printing is very important.

(2) The angle of the ink scraper during printing is unstable and often changes, resulting in varying shades of ink, which is more likely to occur during manual printing.

(3) The uneven printing speed during printing, sometimes fast and sometimes slow, and even pauses in the middle, can easily lead to varying shades of ink, so the printing speed should be kept uniform.

(4) The sharp edges of the ink scraper are uneven or bent, resulting in uneven pressure during printing, which can also cause uneven ink depth. At this time, it is necessary to replace the ink scraper or grind the ink scraper before printing.

(5) The height of the screen spacing around the screen is inconsistent, that is, it is not on the same horizontal plane. Therefore, before printing, it is necessary to adjust the screen spacing around the screen to be consistent.
