The working principle of an automatic screen printing machine:

Screen printing consists of five main elements, namely screen printing plate, scraping scraper, ink, printing platform, and substrate. The basic principle of using a screen printing plate is that the mesh of the image and text parts is ink permeable, while the mesh of the non image and text parts is not ink permeable. When printing, pour ink onto one end of the screen printing plate, and use a scraper to apply pressure to the ink area on the screen printing plate while moving towards the other end of the screen printing plate. The ink is squeezed onto the substrate by a scraper from the mesh of the image and text section during movement. Due to the adhesive effect of the ink, the imprint is fixed within the range. During the printing process, the scraper always makes linear contact with the screen printing plate and the substrate, and the contact line moves with the scraper. Due to the gap between the screen printing plate and the substrate, the screen printing plate generates a reaction force on the scraper through its own tension during printing, which is called rebound force. Due to the effect of rebound force, the screen printing plate and the substrate are only in mobile linear contact, while the other parts of the screen printing plate are in a detached state from the substrate. This causes the ink and screen to break and move, ensuring the accuracy of printing dimensions and avoiding scratching the substrate. When the scraper scrapes across the entire layout, lift it up, and at the same time, lift the screen printing plate and gently scrape the ink back to its original position.
