Then, using water bubbles, the parts that need to be printed do not have photosensitive adhesive, while other parts that do not need to be printed still have photosensitive adhesive, that is, ink leakage and no ink leakage, Blow dry to start printing. This method is manual printing. If mastered, print something simple, such as umbrellas, T-shirts, finished calendars with lettering, cylindrical containers, flat metal, etc.

Screen printing is not limited by the size and shape of the substrate, and can be printed on different shapes of molded materials and concave convex surfaces. The layout is soft and elastic, making it a type of printing with low printing pressure.

The screen printing method has thick ink application and strong adhesion. Printing thickness can reach 30-100 μ m. The covering power of ink is particularly strong, and the three-dimensional sense of printed images and text is unparalleled by other printing methods (the thickness of the ink layer can also be controlled). Screen printing is suitable for various types of inks: it has strong adaptability and can be used for printing with any type of coating, such as oil-based, water-based, synthetic resin type, powder and other inks. Ink and paint that can penetrate the mesh fineness of the silk screen can be used. It can be printed in single colors, as well as color printing through color matching and screening.

It has strong light resistance: it can easily put light resistant pigments and fluorescent pigments into ink, keeping the printed images and texts shiny and not affected by temperature and sunlight, and even emitting light at night.
